Our clint is a financial technology company that specialises in providing personalised, consumer loans through an online platform. They leverage technology and data to offer fast and flexible loan options, aiming to simplify the borrowing process for individuals. By using advanced algorithms and automation, they match borrowers with lenders, streamlining the loan approval process and improving customer experience.

The role focuses on leading the product vision and roadmap for a credit card product, aligning teams across various departments such as Credit, Operations, and Data Science to drive strategic goals. The leader will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a customer-first culture. They will use data-driven decision-making, employing tools like SQL, Python, and A/B testing to guide strategic investments and prioritise tasks.

 

The leader is outcome-driven, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex decisions, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth. They are hands-on, actively involved in tackling challenges and making critical implementation decisions while maintaining a flexible and open approach to feedback.
